Via Napoli Pizzeria reserve the right to cancel orders and fully refund the customer at its discretion and without incurring additional liabilities.
You are aware that using any information or materials from this website is at your own risk. It remains your responsibility to ensure that all products, services and information used by you meet your specific requirements.
Unauthorised use of this website may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
Referral discounts will not be valid if the referral address is the same as that of the referrer.
Any promotional offers are only valid for use towards online orders containing acceptable retail quantities and are not valid for wholesale quantities and/or those for business purposes.
Promotional offers are limited for use according to its terms and conditions and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
Any issue with perishables that need to be refunded needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Via Napoli Pizzeria will contact customers regarding unavailable items and offer substitutions. If the value of the substitution exceeds the initial price charged, customers may be charged an extra amount. Availability of the products may be subject to stock availability.
Via Napoli Pizzeria reserve the right to cancel orders considered to be fraudulent.
Via Napoli Pizzeria reserves the right to amend any pricing errors displayed due to any type of error. Via Napoli Pizzeria will notify you of any error in pricing and you may decide to not purchase the good/s after the price has been corrected.
Via Napoli Pizzeria requires upfront payment for orders to be delivered or picked up at one of Via Napoli Pizzeria’s location. This includes items added to an order already been placed. If payment fails, Via Napoli Pizzeria reserves the right to refuse the delivery of goods.
DELIVERY COST:
The cost for the delivery is a $10 Fee.
Via Napoli Pizzeria has the discretion to decide either to deliver to a specific address or not.
Via Napoli Pizzeria might ask for an extra delivery fee, in the case the delivery address results to be outside a 25km radius from any of Via Napoli Pizzeria location, stated on this website.
LIQUOR PRODUCTS:
As per Liquor Act 2007, it is an offence for a licensee of licensed premises or any other person to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed premises or elsewhere.

Via Napoli Pizzeria reserve the right not to sell alcohol products to anyone who does not give certification and evidence of being over 18 years of age, and it could be subject to availability of the stock.
Via Napoli Pizzeria support the responsible service of alcohol. It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under 18 years of age. Via Napoli Pizzeria might check ID upon delivery of anyone who appears under 25.
You must:
- acknowledge that it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol products to, or obtain alcohol products on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years; and
- guarantee that you are not obtaining alcohol (including liquor) on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.

CREDIT CARD DETAILS:
By providing your credit card details you are authorising Via Napoli Pizzeria to withdraw the total amount of your purchase (including taxes and delivery fees).
Via Napoli Pizzeria retains or holds credit card information only in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Security Standard (PCI DSS) to prevent theft or misuse. No Sensitive Authentication Data shall ever be retained by us.
Gift Vouchers/Gift Cards
The following conditions apply to gift vouchers issued by Via Napoli Pizzeria for redemption:
- Lost or stolen gift vouchers/cards cannot be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.
- Gift vouchers/cards remain the property of Via Napoli Pizzeria.
- Gift vouchers/cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
- If an order exceeds the value on the gift voucher/cards, payment for the remaining balance is required immediately.
- Please be aware that the Via Napoli Vouchers/Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise on the gift voucher.
- A gift voucher/cards can be redeemed at any Via Napoli Pizzeria location.
- Via Napoli reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without any notice.
